Many North Park students and families may qualify for education-related tax benefits. While ÄûÃʵ¼º½ does not provide personal tax advice, the following IRS resources may be helpful:

Outside scholarships

The Financial Aid Office regularly receives information about external scholarship opportunities. Students who receive an outside scholarship should have the funds sent to:

Scholarship funds are due by October 1 for the fall semester and March 1 for the spring semester. Students are advised to avoid applying for scholarships that require a fee.

Featured outside scholarships

The Collin Wehr Scholarship awards $20,000 to support the educational aspirations of cancer survivors and their families, helping remove financial barriers and expand access to higher education for students pursuing their academic goals. More information is available at .

The Extra Space Storage Scholarship offers $3,000 to a total of eight students who submit a 500–800-word essay on how they have contributed to inclusion and strengthened their community. Applications are open from April 1 to May 31, 2026. More information is available at .

The Innovation in Education Monthly Scholarship awards $500 to students who demonstrate creativity and a positive impact through projects such as fundraisers, apps, or blogs. Applicants must submit an essay describing their project and provide supporting documentation. The deadline is the 20th of each month at 11:59 p.m. PT. More information is available at .

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Undergraduate Scholarship Program offers up to $20,000 per year to cover tuition, educational expenses, and reasonable living costs. More details can be found at
